Generally, there is a predictable pattern to our day. It may change from time to time to accommodate spontaneous events, to allow for special events, to mirror the change in seasons and weather and the adjust to the dynamics, needs, interests and moods of individual children and those of the group as a whole. The child's eating routine is incorporated to meet the individual's pattern. Transition to sleep may occur at any time throughout the day dependent on the individual child's needs. Toileting practices are implemented and tailored to the individual.
